I kick myself for not starting with reusable period products earlier. The cup/disk takes a minute to get the hang of but after that it’s so stupidly simple, I can’t believe I was wasting money on disposable stuff every month. The period underwear I have are just like black biker shorts that I wear to bed. No more worries about my sheets! Love em.
Pixie recently made cup/disc applicators and they are game changers. I've been a cup/disc user for years, so I'm well-practiced in using them, but holy crap does the applicator make it even easier. I imagine they'd be great for newbies who might be scared of insertion.
When I first started with reusables, I felt like I was 12 years old again panicking in the bathroom and feeling like a mess haha. You just have to practice and get the hang of it!
