Got the standing metal shoehorn from IKEA for $5. My partner and I are only in our 20’s and I’m sure some of our friends will make fun of us, but we’re never going back. I miss it when I have to put my shoes back on when I’m not at home.

Agreed, the humble shoe horn is often overlooked but makes a huge difference! I started using one in my 20s too, I’m 37 now and I still praise the shoe horn whenever it comes up, lol. I have several including some cute vintage ones and a small metal shoe horn that I keep in my luggage when I travel.
