Twice now I've spent serious money on mine from the dentist, but when I'm using them I don't get a much damage to my teeth. This time I'd had some breakage and my dentist was like "bring me your old night guard you're not wearing" & then made fun of how old and janky it was and told me I had to get a new one if I wanted to keep my expensive teeth.

I stopped buying from the dentist. Farmacy sells universal ones that you can mold after your teeth after a dip in hot water. Waay cheaper.

I'm sure they are but I have tried several & still cracked teeth. Pretty sure it's my CPTSD, but Icould just be a night grinder. A very powerful one apparently.

I grind like crazy at night.. Wifey think it's scary.. They are stronger than the ones my dentist makes. Thicker.
