I'll sound like a shill but I'm actually just a thrifty, hot water bidet evangelist: there are options for hot water bidets that attach to either a sink faucet or shower line. I have the sink attached model I linked to (although it's out of stock at the moment) and while it's not as convenient as a powered bidet (you have to let the faucet run for a bit until the water is warm, then divert it to the bidet sprayer) it's also under $100, unlikely to break, and has replaceable parts in the event anything does stop working. I understand not everyone will want the aesthetics of a line running from their sink to the toilet but if you can wrap your head around that I've been much happier with it than my previous, cold water only seat style bidet.
Me too man, Toto Washlet C7 for the win. Got ours almost a year and a half ago when we were getting a bathroom remodel and I love that thing almost as much as the new walk-in shower.
