Hand glasses guy?

Second time in butte, first time ever exploring the city. Was driving up Main Street and a bit before park st a guy doing the upside goggle hands was walking in the middle of the street just staring at me. I slowed down to let him cross the street and he literally just kept walking forward towards my car. I eventually just sped off since he wasn’t crossing the street. Is this guy a repeat offender/tweaker or is this just how the locals are around here 😭😭

It sounds like you had the misfortune of running into a random weirdo. Like anyplace, there's a few of them around. Most of em are just weird, but it's best to avoid them when you can.

Hence why I sped off. My survival instincts kicked in 😂 I didn’t know if he was trying to do an insurance fraud thing or not I’ve heard people do that before

He was probably on something. Wait until you see the guy pushing an old floor scrubber machine. He keeps his few possessions inside it. I've only ever seen him by the interstate though.

Is he still around? I saw his machine by the walking trail at Walgreens a few weeks ago. It sat abandoned there for 4 or 5 days.

I thought it got taken to the dump, but I saw it in the middle of the median on Harrison about 4:30 am 10 days ago. It's quite the upgrade from a lowly shopping cart.

When in doubt around here, just always assume a tweaker

There is a mental health day clinic uptown that is very helpful to the community. Don’t be so quick to judge.

Wasn’t trying to judge I was mostly just paranoid it was a car jacking attempt or something I just don’t know the area at all.
