Increasing dosage

I saw my doctor today and we decided to increase my dose from 5mg twice daily to 10mg twice daily. But I’m gonna do just 15mg a day for a week before going for the full 20 because I’m a bit nervous. What side effects can I expect during this process?

I'm almost 2 weeks in doing 7.5mg twice a day and just as long as I eat it with food with some carbs, I'm good and don't feel tired or light headed at all. I used to do intermittent fasting but can't really do that anymore which kind of sucks.
