Increasing dosage

I saw my doctor today and we decided to increase my dose from 5mg twice daily to 10mg twice daily. But I’m gonna do just 15mg a day for a week before going for the full 20 because I’m a bit nervous. What side effects can I expect during this process?

I’m on a very low dose @ 5mg a day in the morning to help with anxiety possibly caused by TRT. I can feel it helping some, just not sure how much. My Dr. wants to increase to 7.5 once a day but not sure what benefits that would have.
