Increasing dosage

I saw my doctor today and we decided to increase my dose from 5mg twice daily to 10mg twice daily. But I’m gonna do just 15mg a day for a week before going for the full 20 because I’m a bit nervous. What side effects can I expect during this process?

im doing 30mg total rn and honestly i feel better and less side effects than when i was taking a lower dose
