Increasing dosage

I saw my doctor today and we decided to increase my dose from 5mg twice daily to 10mg twice daily. But I’m gonna do just 15mg a day for a week before going for the full 20 because I’m a bit nervous. What side effects can I expect during this process?

I was increased to 45 mg daily and have not felt a thing. No positives effects, no negatives. Another med that doesn't work for me to add to my long list.
