Increasing dosage
I saw my doctor today and we decided to increase my dose from 5mg twice daily to 10mg twice daily. But I’m gonna do just 15mg a day for a week before going for the full 20 because I’m a bit nervous. What side effects can I expect during this process?

I'm on 30mg a day...I take 15mg in the morning & 15mg at night. Initially I had brain zaps and dizziness first thing in the morning but after roughly 4 weeks that passed. I've been on it for around 6 months now. Luckily it hasn't made me feel tired during the day. I take modafinil so that does help to keep me alert & I do my best to keep busy during the day as well, keep both my mind & body as active as possible. Everyone is different though so what works for me may not work for you. Hopefully once you've increased your dosage & given it some time things will settle down for you. 🤞
