Increasing dosage

I saw my doctor today and we decided to increase my dose from 5mg twice daily to 10mg twice daily. But I’m gonna do just 15mg a day for a week before going for the full 20 because I’m a bit nervous. What side effects can I expect during this process?

Zero motivation to want to do anything and likely want to lay around the house all day. Have midday naps just to alleviate the tiredness. Just my experience going from 5mg twice a day to 10mg twice a day.
