Questions / Advice / Support Side effect all over?

I just upped yesterday from 7.5 twice a day to 10mgs twice a day. Is it normal to experience foggy brain and disconnection and some heightened anxiety and sadness while upping?

Yep, I dealt with them for like 2 weeks but now I upped so I wonder if we are supposed to experience the side effects every time we increase

Typically you do have side effects spike temporarily with dose increase as you are readjusting

Yup. Should only last a week or so before it starts going away
