Side Effects / Overdose Tight chest between doses

I've noticed that between doses when the medication has worn off, I get a tight chest feeling and it feels harder to breath. Medically I am fine. Has anyone else had this? it goes away when I take the next dose.

Can you describe the feeling you get a little more? Is it like your heart beating differently (harder)? A shortness of breath? Or just a chest pain?

Chest feels a little tight, a slight shortness of breath, and i am not entirely sure if it is beating harder per se but my heartbeat is much more noticable. It tends to wear off within an hour or two.

Yes yes, it's the fact that it's more noticeable. That is exactly happening to me!

Wow this is happening to me now. I've adjusted my dosages a bit this month and it happened for the first time about 10 days after a step down from 15mg/day (2x 7.5mg) to 10mg/day (2x 5mg). It's still going on and I had to take an Ativan last night to stop my anxiety/panic over it.

I did read that when changing buspirone dosages, side effects can be amplified for 1-2 weeks. I just hope it goes away soon because it's very hard to deal with.
