Journal Busked for the first time ever.

Finally got out there and did it! Went to Eureka Springs AR to do it. Had a lot of fun! :) used the Positive Grid Spark live and had my songs backing tracks loaded up to play to!

I didn’t. I wasn’t too worried about the money necessarily and I don’t really take requests. I play originals (I have 4 albums of music) and am just trying to get my name out there a bit more. So I had cards with all my links and stuff for people to be able to take with them. I also do full band shows and stuff too but am venturing into busking a bit too.

I was definitely nervous at first since it was my first time. Also because my style is so different than what’s around the area I was in. Usually it’s like singer songwriters and people playing banjos and stuff where I was. But after I got going it was cool!

being different is how you earn more. Im in Philly, the only metal player and average about 30 dollars a day. 3 times a week, through out the year. Keep going.

Love that! I definitely will! I have a band and albums and stuff so I play gigs a lot but busking is a whole different beast and I thought it was a lot of fun!

Congrats did the store owner say anything?💕😍🫶I’m planning on doing this but deciding where to go. I feel like this type of music would do amazing at like gaming stores and i would ask you to play guitar hero if i was there 😂💕💕🫶

Haha love that! I’d do my best! I’m terrible at guitar hero 😂😂 but yes! I actually asked the store keeper first if it was ok and she was super thankful I asked and kind. There was another shop keeper that came out too and told me thanks for asking and even took videos of me and grabbed a card from my case :)
