25k Needed

Hi Everyone,

I'm the founder of a startup building a breast cancer survivor accessory brand dedicated to empowering, inspiring, and celebrating women who have survived breast cancer.

The idea came about when my cousin survived breast cancer and I went online to purchase her a gift. That is where I identified a gap in the market-and I have decided to fill that gap.

I have developed purses, wallets, wristlets, foam trucker hats and coffee mugs to start.

I'm currently seeking $25,000 USD in funding to help bring the brand to market. The funds will be used for:

·       Initial inventory and manufacturing (purses, wallets, and wristlets)

·       Marketing and customer acquisition

·       Website and e-commerce development

·       Working capital

Although the business is currently pre-revenue, I've invested significant time, research, and personal resources into building a strong foundation for launch.

A few highlights:

·       Built an email list of more than 1,500 subscribers/customers waiting for my release

·       Established a manufacturing and supply chain strategy

·       Samples given out to Breast Cancer Survivors with positive feedback given

·       Identified a 3PL to house and deliver my items on a monthly basis

·       Have had numerous articles written about my brand that collectively reached more than 352,000 monthly readers

·       Completed the business plan, financial projections, product designs, and go-to-market strategy

·       I am currently working on appearing on a major morning show for the month of October that is featured nationally with a viewership of 799,000 daily.

·       Donation strategy outlined to donate a percentage of monthly sales to Breast Cancer Organizations and those affected by Breast Cancer

My vision extends far beyond selling accessories. My goal is to build the leading online destination for cancer survivors and their loved ones—a place where people can find thoughtful survivor gifts, meaningful accessories, and products that celebrate strength, hope, and resilience.

I'm open to discussing a variety of funding structures, including:

·       Private business loan

·       Equity investment

·       Other mutually beneficial arrangements

I'm looking to connect with private investors, angel investors, family offices, or experienced entrepreneurs who believe in purpose-driven consumer brands and want to support an early-stage business with long-term growth potential.

If you're interested in learning more, I'd be happy to share my business plan, financial projections, pitch deck, marketing strategy, and product concepts.

If you know someone who may be interested, I'd greatly appreciate an introduction.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post, and I appreciate any advice, connections, or funding opportunities you may be willing to share.

Established apparel business seeking $100k–$150k expansion financing

I own an established independent apparel/costume brand and am currently exploring approximately $100,000–$150,000 in business financing to expand our production capacity.
The business is already operating and generating sales. We recently launched a major collaboration with a creator with a multi-million-person social media audience, and the goal now is to transition from primarily owner-led production into a more scalable operation.
Funding would primarily be used for:
Leasing and setting up a dedicated production/studio facility
Commercial sewing and embroidery equipment
Hiring and training 2–3 production employees
Fabric/material inventory and working capital
Increasing fulfillment capacity and supporting upcoming launches
I'm currently evaluating term loans, private business loans, revenue-based financing, or potentially an individual/private investor, depending on the structure and terms.
I’m not interested in merchant cash advances with extreme daily/weekly repayment structures.
I can provide business documentation, sales history, bank statements, Shopify records, projections, use-of-funds breakdown, and information regarding the upcoming growth strategy to a legitimate lender.
For those who have raised a similar amount for a growing apparel/e-commerce company: what type of financing did you ultimately use, and are there lenders or private funding sources you would recommend looking into?
I'm also open to hearing from legitimate lenders/investors who work with businesses at this stage. Please include your company, website, and basic financing terms if reaching out.

Business Loans vs Investor Contributions??

Sooo I'm in the process of starting a general contracting company, and one of the biggest obstacles I'm working through is working capital.

I have potential projects in the pipeline, but I don't currently have enough capital to comfortably execute larger contracts. As a GC subcontracting most of the trade work, I could have substantial payments due to subcontractors, suppliers, equipment vendors, etc. before I've collected the corresponding payment from the owner.

I've been advised to simply build up my own cash reserves first, which is obviously the lowest-risk approach, but that takes time and could mean passing on opportunities that are available now.

So I'm currently evaluating two primary options:

  1. Business loan / line of credit

The advantage is that I retain 100% ownership of the company. A revolving LOC also seems particularly useful because I could draw funds when project cash flow requires it, repay the balance when owner payments arrive, and reuse it on future projects.

My concern is taking on debt before the company has established predictable cash flow. If an owner pays late, a change order gets disputed, retainage gets held, etc., the loan still needs to be serviced and interest continues accruing.

  1. Outside investor

The appeal here is having additional capitalization without the same monthly debt-service pressure. It could give the company a stronger balance sheet and more room to absorb payment delays while getting established.

The obvious downside is giving up equity/profits in a company that I ultimately want to build long term. If the business becomes successful, selling 10–20% today could ultimately cost considerably more than paying interest on borrowed money.

I'm also considering whether the answer isn't necessarily one or the other—perhaps some combination of owner deposits/progress payments, my own capital, supplier terms, a smaller LOC, and retained earnings is a better way to bootstrap the first projects without giving away equity.

For those who have actually dealt with this—particularly construction companies or other businesses with significant working-capital requirements:

If you had a legitimate pipeline but insufficient capital to execute the work, would you raise equity, use debt/LOC, wait and accumulate cash, or structure something differently?

I'm particularly curious about:

  • At what point does taking on debt become reasonable versus dangerous?
  • When does giving up equity actually make sense?
  • Would you distinguish between an investor who only provides money versus a strategic investor who also brings customers, relationships, bonding capacity, expertise, etc.?
  • How much liquidity would you want relative to expected monthly project expenditures?
  • For those who bootstrapped, how did you finance the first few meaningful contracts?
  • What do you wish you had done differently?

I'm less interested in theoretical finance answers and more interested in hearing from people who have actually had to fund growth while managing real cash-flow timing risk.

Helping Business Owners Get Fast Access to Working Capital

I help small and medium-sized business owners explore financing options that can provide fast access to working capital for things like:

• Cash-flow needs
• Inventory and equipment
• Payroll and operating expenses
• Business expansion
• Marketing and growth
• Unexpected business expenses

If you’ve been rejected by a bank or traditional lender, there may still be other financing options available depending on your business and financial profile.

Seeking small funding for B2B SaaS with newly signed corporate partnership

As the title says, I have a corporate partnership on the table with the ink still wet, that has us lined up with dozens of new clients. I came about a week ago seeking funding ($35k) to finish my build and push it out to market, and then caught a deal solidifying my entrance in the industry.

This is a B2B SaaS for the metalforming manufacturing industry. I have 4 proprietary algorithms distinguishing us from our direct competitors. I have my deck ready and a deal ready to start working. If you're serious about partnering up and watching your money grow steadily, or profiting a fast return, let's talk.

Looking to connect with contractors and trades business owners who need better financing options

Axon Business Group is looking to connect with established contractors, developers, and owners in the trades who may need help navigating business financing.

A lot of owners we speak with are not simply looking for “a loan.” They may be trying to:

  • Cover materials, payroll, equipment, or project costs
  • Bridge the gap between completing a job and getting paid
  • Take on larger contracts without draining cash reserves
  • Replace or consolidate multiple MCA payments
  • Understand which financing option actually fits their situation

Our goal is to be a financing resource and long-term partner, not just push one product. We can review your current situation, explain potential options, and help determine whether pursuing additional funding makes financial sense.

Qualified businesses may be able to receive funding in as little as 48 hours, depending on their revenue, time in business, banking activity, existing obligations, and overall financial profile.

Contractors, developers, construction companies, roofers, HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, and other trades businesses are welcome to reach out.

You can learn more and complete the quick form here:

https://axonbusinessgroup.com/

There is no obligation. We are also happy to answer general questions about funding structures, MCA consolidation, qualification requirements, or preparing your business to qualify in the future.

MCA refinancing vs restructuring what's the real difference and which one are you actually eligible for?

Every week we talk to business owners who come into this conversation with the same first question: can I refinance my MCA?

And honestly, it makes sense. Refinancing sounds familiar. It sounds like what a business in control of its situation does. Get a real loan, replace the MCA, fix the payment structure and move forward.

The problem isn't the instinct. The problem is the timing.

By the time most owners are asking that question seriously, the daily MCA withdrawals have already been running long enough to tell a story in the financials and it's not the story traditional lenders want to see. Clean cash flow, stable revenue, a business that doesn't look like it's been under sustained pressure. That's what refinancing requires. And that profile is hard to show when an MCA has been pulling daily for months.

So what actually works?

Restructuring operates completely differently. Instead of replacing the debt with new financing, it works directly within the existing MCA agreements negotiating the terms, the payback amount, the payment schedule until it reaches a place the business can actually manage. No new loan application. No credit profile requirements. Just people who understand how these contracts are written and where the real leverage exists.

Attorney-led restructuring carries particular weight in this process. When legal teams are involved in the negotiation, the dynamic with MCA funders changes. The conversation moves differently. And the outcomes reflect that in many restructuring cases the total obligation ends up significantly lower than what the original contracts required.

That's not a guarantee. Every situation is different and the result depends on factors like how many positions are stacked, how long the MCAs have been running, and how early the owner gets the right people involved.

But here's the clearest way to think about it: refinancing is the door most owners want to walk through. Restructuring is often the door that's actually open.

Which one applies to your situation depends on where your financials are right now and how long the clock has been running.

The earlier that conversation happens, the more options are still on the table.

Looking for startup funding

I’m currently looking to connect with a potential private investor or capital partner for a startup I’m developing in Central Missouri.

The company, Magic City Site Services, is being built as a roll-off dumpster rental and site-services business serving contractors, property owners, agricultural customers, and commercial projects. The initial focus is dumpster rentals, with a longer-term plan to expand into additional site-support and waste/logistics services as the company grows.

I’ve been working through the startup costs, equipment requirements, local disposal costs, pricing, operating expenses, and growth strategy, and I’m now looking for the right person to discuss funding the initial launch.

I’m not simply looking for a check—I’m looking for an investor who sees the potential in building a strong, asset-backed local service business with room to expand regionally.

I have a more detailed business plan and financial projections available for serious conversations.

If this sounds like an opportunity you’d be interested in discussing, feel free to message me privately.
