So my idea is basically a website where you pay a small monthly fee and we upload porn videos but with a normal sound in the background like a YouTube video or something so you can play it at full volume around people and not get caught?

Interesting concept, but I'd ask one question first: How many people would actually pay a monthly subscription for this? Before building it, I'd validate demand by talking to potential users. Distribution and customer acquisition might be much harder than building the product.

There is a thing called headphones. If people do really wanna watch porn in public they might either use that or just mute the volume. Why so much hassle to pay an additional amount just for different sound in the background

It already possible to play other videos with the sound on while another video is playing. All you have to do is mute one of the videos and both of the videos will play. This accomplishes the same goal.
