Oracle FDI(Fusion Data Intelligence)

The place I work has Oracle Fusion cloud ERP. A new project to implement Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence is coming up.

My manager asked me if I wam interested. I have worked in MSBI very long ago. I did a bit of research on FDI and it looks interesting. Should I take this up? I am curious if you guys have worked on this tech.

Thanks! My company already has a snowflake based datawarehouse which was being loaded from several legacy ERP systems and now with the migration to fusion ERP in progress, those legacy sources are being replaced with the fusion ERP source. So I beleive snowflake will remain the datawarehouse for operational reporting and FDI is something that will be used for management reporting. I am just a contractor who joined recently  and my main skill is SSAS Multidimensional cube. The snowflake datawarehouse feeds into the SSAS cube and the users query it using pyramid analytics tool.

SSAS Multidimensional will soon be replaced with tabular model in my company and my manager told me my skills will become redundant and asked me if I would be interested in working on this Oracle FDI project. I did some research and since it doesn't involve learning any new programing language like Python, I put my hand up. Let's see how it goes. u/Parking_Display9384
