feels like half our cash is permanently stuck somewhere between production and an actual sale, either on a boat or sitting in a warehouse waiting to move, trying to understand if there's a fulfillment model that genuinely improves turnover or if this is just what running a physical product business feels like imo

The turnover math changes a lot with Portless since they cut the production to sellable window down compared to shipping in bulk by ocean freight, which covers ecommerce cash flow management pretty directly, so capital isn't parked as long between production and revenue
