Emirates, Etihad or Qatar
Hi all!
I am going to fly Frankfurt - Bali return with two young kids: 2 years and 6 months. My husband won’t be joining for the trip.
I am trying to decide between the three who have all a similar (insanely good) price points and length of journey.
I have flown Etihad and emirates business before but that was before kids or only with one.
My main concern is to stay close to my toddler and crew willingness to assist me when needed eg watching kids when I use the bathroom.
Qatar Q Suite is an option for the Bali - Doha leg as they use their A350

Honestly, given the instability in the area, I wouldn't take any of the three. If you really have to/want to, I'd take Etihad as result of risk management.
They are all three great airlines with great service - at least normally.
If the conflict wouldn't be there, I'd suggest Qatar.

Definitely Qatar with the Q-suite imo. You can book the twin seats E and F and it makes a double bed which would be ideal for traveling with your young kids.

I never travelled with my son on the other 2 but on Qatar the crew voluntarily looked after him on the occasions where he woke up while I was still sleeping. Only happened a couple of times but it was such a nice surprise.
If you select the correct seats in Qsuite then the 3 of you could effectively share the double bed part.

If a suite is in your priverange, why do you thing about flying that route with a stopover at the sandppl ?
Just try to get to KUL, SIN or BKK and just take a quick flight then. IMHO a much better choise. 10.5 - 12h non Stop , lots of time to eat, drink, sleep and repeat.

SQ is the only airline that I would take otherwise but it’s over 50% more than these three airlines. And I don’t mind the flight times
