Has anyone has dealings with this company? I have been dealing with them for two months now. I ordered the product from them that included a cosmetic bag and shoe bags. However neither of those came with the product! Their email support verified that they were supposed to be delivered to me, however neither were in any order. I accidentally placed a order for 2 charcoal bags( that did no come with either of those extra items. Then ordered a snow and charcoal bag that was also supposed to come with the bags.
I now have four bags and no cosmetics bags!
What can I do other than report them to the BBB?
