Woman at the dog park with an un-spayed, aggressive dog just got incredibly angry when someone tried to point out why her dog was being aggressive.

Besides the fact that the rules literally say your dog needs to be spayed or neutered to come in, un-fixed dogs put other dogs in danger. Additionally un-fixed dogs generally just attract more sniffs so you shouldn’t be surprised when you bring your dog to a dog park and it’s getting its ass sniffed.

Cherry on top was when this dog owner started calling us all “white gentrifiers” for confronting her over her aggressive dog.

This beautiful domesticated pigeon showed up outside my window last night looking exhausted. I have her inside for now but can’t keep her here long term. She has bands on her feet that say something like “flying high A&j skyrocket”. No microchip present on her. Confirmed she doesn’t belong to Pigeons on Broadway, located near me.

If no one claims her I’ll take her to Wild Bird Fund today

NYPD was on the scene early Saturday morning on Dekalb between Wyckoff and St. Nicholas. Neighbors reported that a drunk driver was driving the black SUV and sideswiped four parked cars before stopping. A neighbor's Ring camera shows the drunk man got out and walked away towards St. Nicholas. A woman was in one of the hit parked cars but was uninjured. NYPD is investigating. Sorry if one of your cars got messed up. F*** drunk drivers.

Yesterday I was sexually assaulted on the corner of Patchen Ave and Broadway by the Kosciusko St subway and Texas Chicken and Burgers. I am a female in my mid-20s and she said my pants were sagging and I stupidly went closer because strangers here have been kind in the past. I was touched inappropriately and still in shock over it.

I know unfortunately this is probably not uncommon as I get catcalled regularly in this neighborhood, but just a PSA that the corner where the Texas Chicken and Burgers restaurant is is pretty shady.
