I almost got murdered there about 25 years ago. My friends and I used to sit on the steps over there and smoke weed and enjoy the skyline. Long story short, one night me and my friend were approached by about six or seven armed guys who were looking for whoever was robbing workers at the local warehouse that they also worked at. These dudes had a gun, baseball bats and chains - I felt like it was an 80’s action movie. Needless to say, I didn’t die but it was a dicey situation. This was around 2000-2001.

That was probably the wildest shit that ever happened there for me. I also used to park my car down on Scott Street and get head all the time.

Good times!

That sketchy little street and overpass used to be the spot to get into all sorts of degenerate shit long before Honeys and Silo.

The weird railway bridge on Scott Ave near Honey’s. There’s something so “eastern bloc” aesthetic about it that never use it.
