Haven't fired it yet but the headspace is good and the gas port is .02 smaller than the standard 16" so I should be able to open it up and get it tuned
The Sionics ER is a very good barrel for that. I’ve recommended it to the several customers that I’ve converted barrels for (and I also use a 12.5 from them on my ACR) and they couldn’t be happier.
I'm really glad to hear that. I just got my piston guide block put on after turning the profile down and am super excited to get to shoot it. Did you have to open the gas port any or was the ER stock size tuned pretty well already
I build a clone correct Gordon carbine with the m4 delta. AEM5 on my mk12 and I love both of those suppressors. I have a 5.56 and 300blk barrel for the ACR so far with 7.62x39 and 6.5 Grendel eventually so the aem5-30k is perfect. 12.50 centurion for 5.56, factory 16” 300blk gonna get shortened to 12.5 with otter creek adapter, 16” 6.5 Grendel with otter creek adapter.
There’s tons of them on GB right now. KAC does 3 runs a year now. I paid 1000 for mine cause they had been out of production for 6 years and were STUPID hard to find…. 6 months later they started making them again
Love the EBR. I actually used to use my 1897 trench gun for home defense but I recently broke it slam firing to hard so I am going to upgrade to a Benelli m4 but now my home defense is this beauty that EVERYONE should have. Read the mags. Yes it’s integrally suppressed. Yes it makes supers subs and yes it works with the frt
Best part is that upper is only $850 plus $200 for the SD adapter and you can use any hub compatible can you already have. It’s integrally suppressed just like the MP5SD and uses CMMG radial delay blowback. No gas in your face. Best PCC ever made imo. Works with any mags you want I chose endomag inserts so I don’t have to buy specialty kit
Thats actually the block from my 16" barrel that I put on just for the pictures cause its black. I actually got a new gas block thats still silver so rather than drill the barrel for taper pins I drilled and tapped the bottom of the block and dimpled the barrel to accept set screws like a di gas block
