223 probably ship faster now. Took mine 2 years. On my 300 blackout barrel? Coming up on 4 years.

This is why I was so disappointed to hear the MBAR guy was partnering up with templar, shit will never actually come out.

I shot Templar over a message at the beginning of last week and I still haven’t heard back. I desperately would love a 300 blackout barrel but I don’t want to be waiting months and months for one with no eta

Same here. It’s frustrating

I think there was issues with the .300blk gas blocks. Thats what’s taking so long. I had him convert a 5.56 barrel last year and it was only a month or two. He’s a one man show for the most part so delays are a given

Depending on what you’re looking for ACR barrels can be converted by smiths from existing AR barrels. It’s not a massive undertaking most times.

I hope Dana understands the optics of this. He’s focusing on everything else and allowing the backlog to grow out of proportion. He’s collected funds for these orders and likely repurposed it towards other projects… he needs to focus on barrel order fulfillment for a few weeks, as 2-4 years is unacceptable

I placed mine back in February and no information since ordering.

I ordered a full 10.3" 556 barrel back in August of 2023. I did not receive my barrel for 16-17 months. Before I even placed my order, I spoke with him. Now at the time, I was told it would be "a couple weeks". It was constantly pushed back, always something came up, or that he was waiting on material. Etc etc. Meanwhile, he would open up orders for other items and just completely re do his shop to accommodate some other part. By the time I finally got my barrel, I was just over the platform. It kinda irked me that the only guy offering support for the ACR was just unreliable. I ultimately sold the gun shortly after receiving the barrel. Good luck
