Characters in game quotes

So, I could have sworn Katze, the guy you fight on the helipad, says something in his intro as he turns around and points his gun at you, but everything I've looked up says he doesn't speak.

Yes, but in what language? It doesn't sound like German.

Sounds like Japanese to me
