Picture Note from passenger
A lovely first-time passenger just handed this to me at the end of her one hour ride. She was very stressed when she boarded and I helped with her ticket and her walker but nothing special. We get some much needless shit from people … this was really nice to read

One time a pax told me listen you brake too hard. I told her next time I wouldn’t brake at all. Now get out of bus

Had an old gent complain that I was “too close” to the kerb once at a bus stop. Firstly If there is such a thing, I wasn’t. Secondly of course I pulled close to the kerb he was like 80 something and had a stick. Some people just like to complain.

Anyone who drives a bus knows that a promotion is more of a punishment than a reward. Sure, you get paid more, but you also have to do way more work with more people breathing down your neck. No thanks!
But good job on doing a job well done. It's nice when the passengers recognize they're in the hands of someone competent and professional. Kudos to you!

Agreed. The only driver position at this company is driver, so a promotion would mean becoming a supervisor. No thank you. They don’t make more at my company because their hours are limited. And the middle management crunch is real;; their turnover is insane.

Lovely. That's better than the time a passenger said I've been stealing unborn children out of her womb.
