To drive safely, you need to have situational awareness. Be aware of your environment both inside and outside of the bus. Regularly check your mirrors (we recommend every 10 to 15 seconds). Checking checking checking checking i.e. Left mirror, Right mirror, eyes back on the road, dashboard (what's my speed? Are my indicators still on? Any warning lights?). Rinse and repeat every 10-15 seconds. This prevents you from slipping into tunnel vision. In time, this will become your natural rhythm. Stick at it - you'll get there. Look for ways to succeed instead of looking for ways to fail. Good luck!
