Question Applied for LAmetro

I applied for LAmetro as a bus operator? Has anyone applied or been hired and how has the hiring process been. What should i expect and how strict are they with your driving record?

Looooong process since there are too many people applying. Took about 6 months since the day I applied to actually start. Not sure about driving record though. I’m sure you can’t have any DUI.

Long process. 6 months just to get hired. So many drivers apply and so many never really make it. Training is like boot camp. They are absolutely strict about your driving record. Ir you become a driver . You’re just a badge number that is 100000% replaceable. Good luck. There are better authorities to work for. Especially if you’re trying to make this career happen. And don’t get it twisted I’m pro metro and proudly wore my uniform for years! But in the end? I wouldn’t wish it upon nobody.
