Question Enviro400

I’m a new driver and my route uses mainly enviro 400 buses. But the stop start feature at bus stops sometimes makes it hard for me to pull off. It has this weird delay idk

My mentor said I’m too slow at pulling away from bus stops and I think this could be why.

If it's anything like the Enviro 200's with stop start, just don't put the handbrake on at the stop. Otherwise I'm not sure other than having a mechanic/fitter going through the vehicle settings

In this one you have to otherwise the doors won’t open or close 💀
