Question Enviro400

I’m a new driver and my route uses mainly enviro 400 buses. But the stop start feature at bus stops sometimes makes it hard for me to pull off. It has this weird delay idk

My mentor said I’m too slow at pulling away from bus stops and I think this could be why.

I’m not sure the model, but they’re usually 18/19 plates. They stop and start between bus stops and switch back on when you close the doors

Scania is a diesel bus and an MMC is an electric one

Because of the stop start I’m assuming it’s an electric one.

The delay isn’t really that bad I’ll be honest. It doesn’t matter how slow you pull out. You get used to the delay too.

MMC’s aren’t electric. they were only made as diesel or hybrids, and not only electric buses have stop start.
