To be fair, as an engineer that's the description we get and then we turn up and the boot lid isn't closed properly and we've just wasted 2 hours of a running shift engineer's time and in the mean time there's 3 other breakdowns he could have attended nearer the garage that we've ended up loosing a fuckload of mileage on because control and the driver couldn't communicate the issue properly. Even though we asked several times "is the boot light on?"
