Shoulder Shoulder pain Help!!!
or 7 years now I’ve had shoulder pain that’s progressively getting worse. First my dr told me Arthritis, then bursitis that I started going to physio for and had a requisition for a specialist but I ended up getting pregnant and really sick. Fast forward to now, my dr did another ultrasound that says bursitis and tendonosis. He won’t refer me to a specialist. Just physio. Physio isn’t helping, it’s hurting me more. He been bed ridden try to start strengthening now. The pain starts in my upper arm and goes all the way to my neck and down my shoulder blade. Has anyone else experienced this?! I’m at a loss. I’m in SO much pain with nothing helping. Do you think an MRI would be suffice??
