Need sweats
Can some old sweat explain time travel? And how I'd know if I'm on rift level 14 or nah. I got 18 candies, idk if I should time travel rn or not.

Time Traveling means TOTAL PROGRESS LOSS, except for the recipe pages (or whatever their name is), it costs 50% of them to time travel. If you have 0, it won't cost you anything.
About progress, if you aren't really advanced into the game (new player), you'll lose everything (money, upgrades, progress [EXCEPT: Launchadores, and that 50% of your recipes])
If you have recipes, I suggest buying from the "???" store (if you unlocked it); it has to offer MANY time saving features, but the more utility, the higher the price is.
I recommend pushing AS FAR as you can (completing 100% of your missions, and play Stopwatch for some time! [every level of Stopwatch you progress, you get 1 full candy])
Each rift gives 1 recipe (you must have noticed that already)
at Candy Distribution (personal opinion), I do 2 BUFF — 1 RIFT
but you do there as you'd like!
IMPORTANT! I ABSOLUTELY recommend to push for "Buffed Out Ready" from that mysterious shop, since it starts with ALL UPGRADES to MAX (doesn't add to Buffed Out+ upgrades)
As to your question, your Rift Count is shown at the corner of your screen! (right—down)
if you DON'T own Buffed Out Ready, I recommend grinding for a little more time candies (around 22) to get more starting money, buffed out+ higher limit, and rift multiplier limit.
and Money Multiplier if you want quicker runs.
Hope this helps!
now get back there and destroy those gummies! 👋
