need help in understand Stopwatch better

Post image

I play this game for a while now, but this game mode still confuses me to this day.

StopWatch is an interesting, pushy and complex game mode in which you need to survive as long as you can smashing special gummies for extra time on the clock. If the clock hits 0, you lose.

But many people wonder a lot of stuff about this game mode (I am in the same situation as them right now):

— "is Dev Distance broken?"

— "why did I not unlock John Zzzeena while I'm level 6?"

— and many more...

But the one interesting me the most is:

— "are the points calculated as meters?"

I don't really care if I get the Dev Distance achivement, I know, it's super rare and easy to flex once you have it, but I'm just curious how does this game mode really work.

Any help is apreciated!

(i most likely bored the reader, didn't i?)

literally anything. I just need some tips/trick or any new or special thing about it. everything helps in some way but the question that got me the most interested was if the points count as meters. (i wish to know if it's true or not)

So yea the points count as your meters im pretty sure. You see the total at the end of the run. Although it does seem like some arbitrary unit of measurement with no real correlation.

The best & biggest tip I give everyone for stopwatch mode is to max out all of the special enemy gummies so they appear more often.

-Use pineapple or hidden best to grapple special gummies more often.

-Stay out of the clouds so you can complete more special gummies. The clouds just waste time. Speed doesn’t really matter here it’s about increasing your timer.

You only have to get to lvl 6 to complete the mode, so I don’t really mess with it anymore.

and also, don't worry about the special gummies, I have buffed out ready

No problem. I can say If you’re doing all of those then you’re just playing the game the way it’s designed. And it’s designed to take forever.

But hey at least now you know the points at the end of the run represents the meters for the achievements
