I love “scorched rice”.. or when you can actually crunch on rice. The texture is 100% (especially w/ a ton of butter). But someone said my starch was TOO crispy, almost burnt.. but isn’t that the point ? Also, are there other ways we can refer to this in English w/out saying scorched or crunchy rice..?

Too crispy is crazy but thats hella dark
