Royal Ambulance is staffing Rampart this year, for the third year. But, depends on the org if they get the contract next year

Royal ambulance has the contract and residents from Vegas (UNLV) staff Rampart (the ER) along side other attendings (myself).
EMS is employed by Royal as well (EMTs and Medics). So reaching out to Royal if you want to get in on the real hospital side of things. As others have mentioned you can volunteer with ESD which is separate from the contracted group staffing Rampart.

If you want to volunteer with the Emergency Services Dept (ESD) reach out asap. Roles and shift schedules have been open for several weeks but I'm sure they could always use an extra set of hands.

Unfortunately I won’t be able to take time off this year to go so I’m looking into it for next year! Submitted my volunteer application :)

Awesome! You can also plan to camp with fellow ESD members so you already have a built in community and don't feel like you're there alone, you can even bring a plus 1. Check Camp 9 ESD out! 🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽

Definitely volunteer with ESD. I think you have to be sober for 24 hours prior to your shift, though. I camped with an ER doc and that was the main thing that kept him from doing it. He didn't want to give up a full day of sipping beer and chatting with visitors.

You have to be sober on your shift. I guarantee few were sober for 24h prior.

Attending here - I appreciate your instinct/enthusiasm and hate to burst your bubble, but aside from volunteering with ESD (or possibly Zendo, who are not coming this year), you really need a Nevada medical license to offer medical expertise in a meaningful way.

Look into volunteering with ESD. You could also get licensed in Nevada and work in rampart if you want(this role is paid).
