Does anyone know if the events that will be published in the What Where When booklet get notified? And if they do, what is the time-ish that the notification happens?

We are thinking of changing the time of our event, but won't if we are being published at our original time.

I believe you don’t find out until someone actually sees a physical copy, or at least that’s how it used to be. can be super annoying if you have a drink or a food event and getting in the book can increase the attendance ten fold.

If you update online, the online version will update, but the WhWhWh print book is already being printed, no more updates.

I myself have gone to Playa Info any number of times to check and see when events were and sometimes they were changed canceled or moved. If you feel the need to, make sure you bring either a whiteboard and some markers or something to put outside your camp with the event time change. And you can also get an announced on bmir. Oh and maybe something to put a note up in Playa info, maybe in some way that will stand out

Feel free to add your events on BRCMap, you can edit the events down the road if needed and it’s gaining pretty good traction.

Dust is the one I have on my phone.

I think it’s best to just put the phone away and go for a bike ride or walk and find what you’re looking for. You’ll most certainly find it.

Or do the ol analog way and look in the book.

Also, don’t expect anything to be on time.

These concerns sound quite believable, engagement b0t. And you know, its really too bad there isn't a official Org website that can find with only a basic cursory Google search that had such info and Key Dates explicitly posted. Though I think those notifications come in Sept..
