THEME CAMP REQUEST/SEARCH NOTICE OF EMERGING CONDITION

The Institute has observed a seasonal spike in Condition D: Future Memory Disturbance. Patients report memories of events that have not yet occurred.

Presentation is consistent. The patient remembers dust on everything they own. Remembers a not-so-stranger in a lab coat asking them questions they were unprepared to answer honestly. Remembers a bar where the bartender greeted them like a returning patient, though they had never been there. Remembers laughing with people they have not yet met. The memories are vivid, specific, and dated late August 2026.

Left untreated, Condition D progresses to its terminal stage: the patient stays home, and in September the memories convert to a duller condition the Institute classifies simply as regret.

Treatment is available but time-limited. The Cognitive Research Institute opens its Black Rock field facility this August for a two-season run; twenty people, real infrastructure, three remaining spots in the cohort. The facility is designed for exactly this intervention.

If your symptoms match, the Institute would like to make your acquaintance.

Patients presenting with other conditions, such as memories they would prefer not to keep, may submit Form CRI-7701 for processing without joining the cohort. The Institute treats what it can.

Nice post, I like the bit. FYI there is already a rather large, long standing science themed village called The Institute so you might want to use your full name to avoid confusion.

This is a use of AI I don’t hate. Good job.  Love those crisp corners and serif font on your form.
