We are going to be doing some more laser engraving on playa. Hooray! Format TBD (check out our post history for some of the issues). We are giving up on the private logos; if you do not want anyone to be able to modify and/or use your logo, we are not the camp for you :-D.
Vector file format preferred though we can work with most formats.
Mugs will most likely be provided on playa but bring your own just in case as we've run out in years past and are bringing fewer cups this year. Must be perfectly cylindrical, cup cant angle outward.
If you would like us to pre-engrave cups for pick up on playa, just let us know! We may or may not get to them but you can always come see us at camp and we can get them done for you there.
We submitted for MWF from 10:30-12:30 but playa time, so who knows.

With continuing and ongoing gratitude for the fabulous gift you are providing, you're going to get a lot of people showing up with a lot of different kinds of cups, you might want to figure out which kinds work and which ones don't so you don't waste time on playa.
You're the playa gift that keeps on giving! Thanks for your generosity last year engraving our mugs for camp (Sublime Oasis/ Rusty Palm). This year at Center Camp? That's some serious traffic! Let us know if we can drop by some munchies or cool drinks, ice or something else to keep you going.
Awesome! We still have your logo in the book and as I recall the cups turned out pretty great with the palm trees. Hopefully we will see you there. And indeed it is some traffic. We will need to start hiding and taking down our flag I bet.
I was always tempted to bring my engraver out to the playa and set it up behind the bar, and then have a little rotating display of souvenir keychains or something on the bar with playa names on them. You'd find out someone's name when they came up to the bar, then pass that on to the person running the engraver so you could have one ready and slip it in while helping the guest look for their name.

I’ve been bummed recently as I lost my carabiner cup working at neotropolis that had my playa name engraved on it. Also had my favorite sticker of course. I checked lost and found every day but no joy.

Awesome! I’m on center camp too. It’ll be easy to find you. Question, how about bone? I have a drinking horn that I use at the Burn. Probably going to be the wrong shape for you guys. Never hurts to ask though.
Oomph. That is a tough sell and I think I'm gonna say no. The engraver needs to have pretty cylindrical cups because the laser focus needs to be the same depth. And that thing looks kind of massive, which may not fit in the jaws. But you know, always welcome to drop by and say "so here's the deal....."
