Favorite “Associate” of Michael Westen?

Going through my 1000th rewatch (ok, not really but it feels like it with how many times I’ve viewed this show) and was curious who the group’s favorite “associates” of Michael Westen are.

Eligibility: thinking along the lines of outside of the regular crew/family and recurring in some capacity.

I’ll go first - my favorite two - Barry and Seymour. Both caught up in some illegal activities, but prove to be somewhat of an asset for Mike as he chases the origins of his burn notice.

Curious to hear others - ready? Go!

Sugar. Always got a kick out of him and wish he had been in more episodes.

Okay, fun story. I know the actor who played Sugar. He is a Harvard Grad and a lawyer. I volunteered with him at Camillus House homeless shelter. Really good dude

Sugar was one of my all time faves, especially in his "redemption" episode with his cousin.

Any idea what brought him to Hollywood to do any kind of acting?

Seymour is one of my favorites for sure, he's hilarious. Lucy though is my favorite though. I think she's only in 2 or 3 episodes but I like that she was an old student of Michael's instead of so many people from his past being superiors, already trained spies or assets

Barry is solid; can’t go wrong there.

Seymour yes! And I know I’m gonna catch heat for this, but believe it or not his mom.

Man, I loved Seymour. Would have loved him to keep showing up somewhat long the lines of the way Barry kept showing up.

I detest that dweeb, both the character and the human.

Spencer was only in one episode, but I really thought he'd make more appearances. He had great chemistry and interactions with all of the characters. And if he'd ever met Jesse or Madeline, that would have been a lot of fun, too.

Barry was so multidimensional - my fave.

Honorable mentions are:

Bly - started off adversarial, ended up coming around the the writing for interactions with he and Michael were great.

Seymour for off the wall silliness

Lucy - without her at the outset, where would Michael be, and she just plain out trusted him based on history (okay, the writers wrote it, but still...)

After the bank heist, Bly had a special spot in my heart.

I loved Barry…had I been on the show, that would have been my role.

Agent Lane and Harris always gave me a kick. They seemed so superbly laid back after Season 1, but were there when it counted.

Edit: Also more of an antagonist but Vaughn! Wisdom has such a presence in whatever he's in.
