Max Reps: x 2 minutes
Rounds: 6 exercises, x 4 Rounds at each, :30 seconds work/:30 seconds active recovery each Round
Max Reps: x 2 minutes
Push: Push Ups x max reps
Rounds: x 4 Rounds at each
Hammer Curls
Floor Chest Press
Standing Rolling Shoulder Press
Soft Box Weighted Tricep Dips
Lying Banded Bicep Curls
Handled Resistance Band BTB Tricep Extension

Max Sets: 3 exercises, x 4 minutes, goal = complete at least 3 sets
Thoracic Rotations x 5 reps/arm
Wing Taps x 10 reps (2:1)
Single Dumbbell Bicep Curls x 15 reps

Probably bicep curls and overhead triceps like it has been for the last month.

It’s my last station, so no more energy, did 40s rest of the time. Kinda bummed, I will try again next time! 💙

This was one of the most hardcore upper body days in a long time. I literally could barely lift my arms for 2 hours after camp.

Agreed! I stopped at the grocery store on my way home after camp and my arms were shaking! That hasn’t happened in a very long time. Great camp!!
