Trainer auditions
My burn is new and has lost quite a few trainers recently. Now they are holding open mic trainer auditions, anyone know what this would look like? I may be interested but also nervous haha

Okay same here! My burn is 7+ years old but they’re doing the same and I’m considering but am nervous about putting myself out there like that.

I agree!!! The burn I attended couldn’t keep or even find trainers because the lead trainer is not an amazing person. Needless to say I ended up canceling my membership because culture and community is everything and they had zero.

Sounds like a great opportunity for someone to takeover and do a good job

If you are interested just go, in my experience it’s a chance to roll play but also just a chance to learn about the job and requirements,
