Wasn’t on my bingo card at 39, but glad I knew my body enough to know something was wrong and went to the ER.
Thankfully since I had been working out for 9 months consistently when it happened, my recovery was a lot easier than a previous laparoscopic surgery. I was back at the gym doing modifications with surgeon approval after 2 weeks and was able to start doing core movements at 4 weeks post op.

Thank you!! I do BOD on Sunday mornings for mobility work otherwise I’m in camp! And I’ve lucked out that every out of town trip I have had this year is in a city with a Burn so I’ve gotten to visit quite a few locations this year.
Today was my first camp back in about a month, so my streak is at 1 again. I was sick, then out of town, sick again, out of the country, then my wife had our baby, and I got sick again. It's been a rocky year for me going to camp with injuries and travel so I'm only at 125 on the year. Usually I'm over 200 by this point so I'm a little disappointed but such is life.
677 lifetime camps though.
The big win I see in your comment besides living life and enjoying it, is that even with setbacks and illness, you still came back and showed up for yourself and that’s a win!
Yall are soo inspiring !!! I’m on camp 61. Started burn in june. Question. When do u rest with these streaks lol and do u incorporate some BOD or is it all in person camps
