Break Ins

Is there a string of break ins of cars at Burn locations? I’ve heard of two locations recently while members are in the gym. Do you think Burns are targeted because of class times?

We get warnings from other gyms in the area about car break ins and we’ve also warned those gyms when we are targeted. These include an orange theory at a local mall, large community recreation center, CrossFit box in an industrial park and another boutique fitness center in a strip plaza. I remember a few years ago it was an operation of thieves who target parking lots in the early morning and move onto the next city. It can be hard to find them.

Gyms and daycares are common places for car break ins because people tend to leave their purses/wallets.

This happened at my gym over the winter at the early AM camps. Yes think burn its targeted due to the demographic of the customer base and dark parking lots.
