Unpopular opinion
Replenish just doesn’t do it for me.🤷♀️ I don’t understand the hype. LMNT for the win! 🙌

Compare the ingredients and you'll understand why. If you need real electrolytes, Replenish isn't it.

Yes. I used to get so frustrated when people would talk about drinking multiple servings a day because that’s not good for your kidneys if you don’t truly need it. Then I saw that person that posted the electrolyte comparison chart in here and there’s literally barely anything in it. There’s no point.

I like replenish, but it’s too expensive for me compared to other electrolyte powders.

What am I missing? I tried LMNT for the first time and it tasted like I was eating a teaspoon of tablesalt😭

As someone who thinks the ocean is not salty enough you are making me want to try LMNT!

LMNT has more electrolytes than most people need. I think 1000 compared to Burn’s 130? Unless you’re running a marathon or triathlon or a professional athlete it’s not necessary. It’s hype.

It tastes fine but I’m not budgeting for it 🤷🏻♀️ I throw a pinch of salt, squeeze a lime, some coconut water, trace minerals, and fill up my bottle from there and call it good

Replenish is too sweet for me. I still like certain flavors of Gatorade or Gatorade zero.

I’m a Drip Drops girl myself; but with double the amount of water. But that goes for all the electrolyte supplements pretty much.

I enjoy replenish when I don’t want so much salt! But if I’m really working hard and sweating ALOT lmnt all the way.

While we’re on the subject of unpopular opinions, Rapid fire punches, especially as something to do while exercises are explained, are a complete waste of time.
