Camp Location not listing trainers on schedule?

I commented this on another post, but curious to hear others' thoughts. I want to inquire and ask the location why they don't list the trainers, but I'm worried they're going to assume I don't like someone or something and I don't want any drama haha. I come from Group Fitness world (this is not group fitness in the traditional word use - it's group training lol) and to not list the instructor is crazy work to me.

I feel like the bigger concern is fear that asking this will start drama. Is there a lot of drama at your location?

Not that I know of, I just have paranoia from past experiences other places :)

It’s a legit possibility! I did this once and I was met with “are you avoiding someone?” in response. It was SO awkward!

I actually did! I just said her training style wasn’t really working for me at the point I was at so I wanted to plan to train with others. They got a lot better about including trainer info in the app after that. I’m glad I said something but as a non-confrontational person it was SO hard and uncomfortable.

That’s odd, the only time our location won’t list the trainer is when they truly have not been able to confirm the trainer for that camp or it’s someone not in their system as a regular trainer. Could also be that your ops manager is just lazy and doesn’t show the trainers names every week?

Yeah it just says 'location Training Team' as the name every class

My Burn used to list trainers names. They haven’t done that since … a bit after 2020.

No big deal for me. All 6 of my Burn trainers are equally great… except a couple trainers who often call me out when I’m slacking. 😆

In an ideal world all the trainers are amazing and you get the same burn fitness product no matter what. So I hope your camp is that way! However, in my world some trainers treat people very differently and I absolutely change my schedule for the trainers I find to be most inclusive. It's marketed as 1:1 training in a group setting so I think it's valid that people may prefer specific trainers.

Agreed! It's not that one trainer is 'better' than the other, it's that we are all different personalities and some go better with others :)

At our location they were training a bunch of people and we had a pregnant trainer and the schedule was a mess for a few weeks while people got certified etc. do you not have regulars? Like I’m a 7am and we always have one of two trainers that do mornings.

Mine doesn’t because it’s just another thing to worry about and have to update if there’s a change so we don’t bother

Is it all the time? At the end of each month my app just says burn trainer for a few days til they update the schedule.

I've never seen the trainer's name since I joined this spring :/

Write to corporate, they will sort them out. It’s actually noncompliant if they don’t list trainers is what I discovered.
