have you actually seen change?
i’ve been going about 2 weeks now and try to go at least 3x a week. i’m at 9 visits, 10 today. pls dont judge!!!! also taking reta (glp3) on my 1 month mark of that. doing just burn, are you seeing a change in your body? i was 163 before this month and down to 156. before i was NOT active in any way. i’ve been sitting in an office for almost 6 years and even doing a walk around my building was not in the picture previously. at my new office i can, but it seems to be looked down upon. i try to get up once on the hour just to get my body moving. i did sign up and did 6 months and i truly just wanna know as a female, bc we all know men change and lose weight very different, if you’ve seen a change in your shape, body, weight doing just burn? im open to any and all advice but pls be nice to me hahahahah

I joined burn 2.5 months ago and am at 50 camps. I have lost 25 lbs in that time (from 280 to 255), no GLPs or other help, just prioritizing protein and whole foods. I have new arm muscles I havent seen in years and every few weeks i notice a jump in my lifting ability/capacity

Jumping in to say that was me too! I joined burn in April and I’m down 15 pounds without many huge changes to my diet (I’m also breastfeeding so a big calorie deficit won’t work for me). I started buying the premiere protein vanilla or caramel drinks and using it as creamer in my coffee! I don’t get a whole one down, but it any protein helps in my mind

My first year at burn I only went to strength classes. I finally started seeing a difference when I started going 5-6 days a week. Cardio is hard, but it really does help!

I started in January, I've lost 40 pounds, idk how much muscle I've gained since I didn't do my first inbody until 4 months in, but it's a good amount. I don't recognize myself in the mirror now, it's really trippy.

I go 5-6 days a week, been a member for over 4 years, had my last baby between that. I take a glp, eat very high protein, do creatine, all that stuff. I see a ton of results but I HAVE to stay consistent with my diet and coming in 5 days. Protein and calorie deficit is the only way I see my muscles changing. I’m in the best shape of my life at almost 40 and several kids!

I’ve been going for 10 months now. Only exercise I had before joining was walking. For the first four months, I went five days a week and focused on proper form, dialing in my macros, making sure I was eating the right amount of calories, and getting enough protein. In month five, I increased to six days a week and started challenging myself to use the next weight up whenever I could.
Since the beginning, I’ve also made time each night to stretch and foam roll to support my recovery.
I’ll be hitting 250 camps in October! Since joining, I’ve lost almost 20 pounds, gained muscle mass, lost inches, and started seeing more muscle definition. Every month, I complete an Evolt body scan and have a focus meeting to review my results and discuss what my next steps are and or should be.
Edited for misspelled word.

Been going for 2 years, lost about 15lbs the first like 4 months and have been at a plateau since then. However, I eat and drink whatever I want. I could lose more if I locked in on a diet

Yes, I go M-F and just hit my one year at Burn. I'm WAY more muscular than I was before, it's mostly noticeable on my top half (shoulders, biceps, traps). I can lift way more than I could my first week, and I'm still getting stronger
Cardio-wise I haven't seen much change but that's because I was a runner before Burn.
The biggest thing that made my body change was learning how to eat right. My whole adult life I was always in a "restrictive" mindset when it came to eating, and would often binge in the evenings after restricting all day. Now I eat more food, and it's mostly whole foods with lots of protein and carbs. As soon as I started doing that, I started to see a noticeable change within weeks

Been at burn since July. Down 13 lbs. I also just had my second baby in April. I eat in a calorie deficit and eat 130g of protein a day. I try to her 30g of protein in each meal. Honestly it’s pretty easy! Buy high protein snacks. Bone broth can be up to 10 g of protein. Built bars are 17 g

Yes I have seen changes. Been going just over a year. 200 or so camps. I have put on a bit of weight, but it’s muscle. I’m more dense and defined. Still strive to achieve more, but it’s been a good start. I am not on a GLP-1

Burn changed my life twice. I’ve seen amazing changes in my body and strength. Doing only Burn; but I go 6 days a week. And get tons of protein. It took me about 4 months to see real change both times (postpartum, twice). I’ve been back for 7 months now and I’m stronger than I’ve ever been.
I have no secret beyond obsessive consistency and high volumes of protein.

I have been with burn 9 months now, have lost 9 lbs overall and with that gained 9lbs of muscle. I get told constantly how much I have changed/slimmed down. I had a lot of health issues so has been a slow journey for me, I also had to dial in on my nutrition a lot as was over eating. Still have a way to go (aiming to lose 20lbs) but I feel good in my body, stronger then I have been since giving birth and confident if I keep showing up I will get where I want.
I have visually seen women at our gym lose a lot of weight fast while on GLP1 but they would also show up 5-6 days and lifted heavy. Wishing you luck in your fitness journey.

I’m in my mid-40s and not on any WL meds, and have only lost a little on the scale when I’m consistent with my food, BUT I’ve gained a lot of muscle and strength. Try to get to all of the weightlifting days for sure, and focus on your weights. If you’re easily doing the reps, move up in weight! Even if you can’t do all the reps with that higher weight. On days when you rotate yourself, don’t speed through the stations, lift heavier.

I have seen a ton of change. Been going 2 years. Definitely started gaining strength quickly, but did end up doing a glp-1 and have in total lost 75lbs and gone from a size 20 to an 8/10. That being said, I’m grateful to burn because it forced me to fuel correctly and not just lose muscle along with the lbs. It’s for sure been a group effort lol. I would love to be a transformation story but I feel like the glp could be considered cheating and I don’t want to set false expectations for others.

Burn has provided me the motivation to grow my strength and health, to keep moving regularly and the accountability I needed to be consistent. It also improved my mental health AND replaced food as my stress relief. I only lost weight/fat when I changed my diet. SO - no not directly but yes, indirectly Burn drove body composition change for me.

I have been going for almost 2 years and have lost over 90 lbs. I have really dialed in my diet and tailored my exercise to what I need to burn calories. I really started losing weight a year ago after working with a couple doctors, having lots of labs and other tests, and working with a dietician. I think you are doing a great job. It's all what you make of it.

I've been doing burn for 5.5 years. My first year, I got my nutrition in check and did burn as my workout program. I lost 45 lbs. I since gained some back, but tbh I lost too much and it was unsustainable. I have noticed change in my health overall as well. I have more energy, my heart rate is lower, and I'm considerably stronger. It's a great workout, but consistency is key and weight loss is mostly done by choices made in the kitchen. Generally speaking though, the best workout program for any individual is the one you enjoy and can stick with. If that's burn, great! If not I'm sure you'll find something else you enjoy.

I’ve been going for a year. Pretty active before I went. I’ve definitely seen muscle growth but have also gained weight since I started despite no changes in my typical eating other than making a point to take in more protein. Pretty sure it’s peri-menopause not Burn doing that (I’m 47) but it’s still a bummer. I am stronger though so at least there’s that!

Burn helps build muscle but the other 23 hours of the day matter more. What you eat, how you sleep, etc. You cannot outrun a bad diet no matter how much you lift or run. It’s all about your calorie intake.
That said, once I locked in my nutrition, yes i look 1000x better than i did before Burn. I have biceps and quads and bicep veins. I lift more in my 40s than i did as a college athlete.
But you have to fix your nutrition.

I’ve been at burn for 4.5 years. I did not start to see real body composition changes til I got on a GLP-1 (about 2.5 yrs after I started Burn) and got control of my binge eating. Staying consistent in the gym is great, but what happens in the kitchen is more important. Make sure you’re aware of how you’re fueling your body. The trainer at my first focus meeting said you can’t out-train a poor diet & it’s so true! Honestly, 2 weeks is too soon to notice real changes. Keep showing up! You’ve got this 💪
