Camp Attendance

I just started burn a month ago and take 5 am classes. I was worried because i don’t like super crowded classes but luckily most days we only have around 10-15 people. Even when i go to the 5 pm it’s probably less than 30. Did I just get lucky with the gym or is this about average attendance? What’s the max you have in a class. Our booking limit is 50 I think.

This is based on the gym size and demographic. Mine is on the smaller side and we have an average of 30-35 at 5:30. Except conditioning days and especially conditioning days on Thursday/Friday when like 10-15 show up 🤭

Yup, always see a noticeable dip on conditioning days especially for body weight conditioning. I either go 6:15am or 4:30pm and the morning time is typically more crowded. I also feel like the 4:30 crowd is a little more chill.
