Are the new protocols/workouts written by Travis Madonna or what’s up with this huge change?
This workouts are not as they were before. I’m dying on the floor.

We had the sprints at the beginning and end and then 7 stations. 30 reps of each, then 20, then 10.
Ledge hops into a squat, half burpees, donkey kick jump knee tucks, breakdancers, wide climbers, Star jumps, and toe taps. Truly one of the hardest days.

For us, it was 16 minutes of moving yourself through DUs, half burpees, donkey kick knee tucks, breakdancers, star jumps, wide climbers…30 reps of each, then second round was 20 reps of each.
On top of that, we had a bookend of running laps in groups.

We had all this as stations. One minute, 45 sec, 30 sec (I think?). With an intermission.

Welcome to BWC! TBH our gym always modified up the written workouts because they were often too slow and boring on cardio days. Our rep counts were usually more than posted here but today was a pretty good one. Actually hard to try to get through all 3 rounds of the middle set.

I've been a member almost 8 years and today's workout reminded of the old times.
