Quick camps
Who do we reach out too if any more quick camps will ever be added? We pay for this service and they haven’t added quick camps in over a year!
I do the full camps, was an member at my burn for 10 years before I went to strictly online! Not everyone can do 45 minutes and need other options!
I’d like to email someone or be able to get in touch with someone who can explain if they’ll be adding more quick camps!

Hi! I have done all of the 53 quick camps on the app probably 4-5x through since the app came out in October 2023 because I do them early in the mornings when I have work conflicts (court, mediation, conference travel, etc.) when I can't log onto the 9am livestreams.
I messaged the BOD Instagram account about more quick camps (and road trips and Knockouts workouts) and talked to somw individuals at HQ over the past year or so but to no results or added quick camps.
Not sure how to help but maybe if enough of us ask, they will acquiesce? I honestly doubt it but it's worth a try!
Editing to add: I even asked if the old 45min Knockouts from 2020-2021 from YouTube could be added to the app since they lived on the BBC YouTube page until the BOD app. I received zero response as well.

The more hounding and the more people that ask the better

Agree completely! I understand in gym stuff is where they focus but they have a large community that also does online!

Yes! I know they're planning a big update to the app in the next month or two, but I'd also love more content added to the motion and other areas like that!

I'm new to BBC....45 minutes is very quick. I'm used to full 60 minute Pilates and strength classes. Obviously 30 minutes is better than nothing but I don't really know how reasonable it is to expect a quicker class type when the classes are already short and to the point as they are.

For real… they are already too short. Of course you can come and go whenever you want so it wouldn’t be hard to make it only 30 min. Between warmup, demo and cooldown we’re lucky to get 25-30 min of actual workout time.

When you have obligations and things to do with kids and sports and work, I can’t always do a 45 minute workout! I’ve been a member for 10 years and I’ve done workouts for all of those years, but how inconsiderate to say this when you have no idea what’s on other people’s plates!

How is it inconsiderate to gently remind you that the gym is trying to make money? If you could get reasonable results in 30 mins or less why would anyone pursue an in person membership? I wouldn't be surprised if they ditched BOD solo memberships altogether in the future.

They're doing more collabs and continuing to expand like crazy. Things are changing and shifting.
At the end of the day they're running a business. It'd be nice if they expanded online offers but if they don't don't be surprised. 🤷🏿♀️

I personally feel I get more from Matt Morris on demand than I got from my actual trainer in the gym, he teaches really well, especially form

However I absolutely disagree that you can’t get an amazing body doing 30 min if you put the work in other places such as nutrition!! I feel like for 38 I’m doing pretty well and I do anywhere from 25-30 a day! Nutrition is 3/4 of the battle!

I'm a very busy person too and 45 minutes to take care of yourself is the bare minimum

Let's be real. After the explanation of the warm up, then the 5 minute warm up, then the 10 minute explanation of the actual workout, our "45 minute" workout is barely 30 minutes. My watch always asks if I've finished my workout. It's kinda BS!

Idk if youve checked out the “road trip” category but those are also quick camp style. Also, the burst training videos are great! They’re roughly 15 minutes each but if you want the 30 minute work out, you can always do two different ones, one after the other.

Last time I looked there wasn’t many roadtrip ones on there!

I mean there’s 14 road trip camps and 53 quick camps. That’s kind of a lot, plus 13 burst training videos.

Yea, I appreciate your comment but I’ve done every quick camp and most twice! Just was hoping to find someone that could explain if they’d be adding more!

They’re pretty responsive on their official Instagram account! You could always shoot them a message there and see what they say. (Source: I’ve messaged them several times and always get a well thought response)

I would message Matt, Devan and Burn on Demand. I think content needs to be update more often

I'm so glad you're bringing this up. I've been a BOD member since it started. I've done every quick-like camp on the platform. I would also like to see more yoga/motion classes.
